Connor Allman, Founder & President
Connor launched Brackney Consulting in 2021 to leverage 16 years of experience as a successful teacher, school leader, district administrator, and non-profit executive provide personalized support to organizations across the education sector. As a trusted advisor, he provides personalized support to organizations across the education sector. He specializes in data-driven continuous improvement, strategic planning and evaluation, program and project management, change management, professional learning, executive coaching, and the development of effective systems and structures to drive organizational efficiency and success. He is known by clients and colleagues alike to roll up his sleeves and do whatever it takes to solve problems and improve results.
Connor has taught across the globe, from Suzhou, China to New York City. His commitment to educational equity deepened while he developed his skills as a leader at DSST Public Schools, Denver Public Schools. Aurora Public Schools, and Instruction Partners. He holds a BA in English from Princeton University and a MSEd from The City College of New York. He currently lives in Oklahoma City with his partner.
